A wooden console table with a shelf is a slim solid wood table with a second tier below the top, giving you a surface for a lamp and the post up top and open storage for baskets, books or boots underneath. Ours is built from solid swedish wood, with a chunky top on splayed A frame legs and a fixed lower shelf, a relaxed country style that suits a hallway, an entryway or the space behind a sofa. Handmade to order in our Cairo workshop and cut to the width you need, from 60cm to 150cm, in a choice of two heights.
